Making it easier to find the right therapist.
We believe that when someone is ready to ask for help, the experience of finding it should be simple, clear, and reassuring.
We believe that when someone is ready to ask for help, the experience of finding it should be simple, clear, and reassuring. Not overwhelming. Not confusing. Not another barrier to getting through a difficult time.
Our platform matches you with verified therapists across the UK. Tell us what you are going through, and we match you with a therapist suited to help — no phone calls, no waiting lists. That is it.
Why this exists
Finding a therapist in the UK is harder than it should be. NHS waiting lists can stretch to over a year. Private directories show you hundreds of names with no clear way to know who is right for you. You are left sending emails into the void, hoping someone replies.
We built this platform because we think that process is broken, and we think it puts people off getting the support they need. If someone has worked up the courage to look for help, the least we can do is make the next step simple.
We are not trying to replace the NHS or compete with crisis services. We are building a better way to connect people with private therapists who can help.
What guides us
Simplicity over complexity
Every decision we make should reduce friction, not add to it. If something feels complicated, we have not finished designing it.
Transparency by default
Registrations are verified. Our business model is straightforward. We do not hide things behind vague promises.
Respect for both sides
We serve clients and therapists equally. Clients deserve a clear, pressure-free experience. Therapists deserve fair pay and a platform that respects their profession.
Safety first
Every therapist is verified against their professional register. We signpost to crisis services when appropriate. We protect personal data. Some things are more important than growth.
Progress over perfection
We are a small team building something we believe in. We ship, we listen, we improve. If something is not right, we would rather hear about it than pretend it is fine.
